Paint Correction options
Paint correction is a multi-stage machine polishing process that removes fine scratches, swirl marks and oxidation from your clear coat — revealing the deep gloss and clarity underneath years of wash marks and sun exposure.
1-Step — Gloss Enhancement
One polishing pass to bring gloss and clarity back. Right for paint you can only fault in direct sun — light haze, fine swirls, a finish that's gone flat.
2-Step — Swirl & Scratch Removal
Compound first to cut the damage out, then polish to bring the finish back. Right for paint where you can see swirls in the shade, holograms from a previous shop, water etching, or light scratches your fingernail doesn't catch.
Why it matters
What you're actually dealing with
Most vehicles pick up damage long before it's visible in normal light. A raking-light inspection usually tells a different story.
Swirl marks
Improper washing and drive-through car washes leave fine circular scratches that dull your paint under direct light.
Oxidation
UV exposure breaks down clear coat over time, leaving paint looking chalky, faded and lifeless.
Florida sun & salt air
Intense UV and coastal humidity accelerate fading, oxidation and corrosion faster than in most climates.
Resale value
Swirled, oxidized paint reads as neglect to buyers — a proper correction protects what your vehicle is actually worth.
How it works
Our process
Wash
Pre-wash and touch wash to remove loose dirt before we get up close.
Decontamination
Chemical and clay-bar removal of embedded iron, tar and tree sap — included in the price, no extra charge.
Correction
1 or 2-step machine polishing depending on your paint's condition and the package you choose.
Protection — optional
Correction takes the paint back to bare clear coat, so nothing is left protecting it. A System X ceramic coating locks the finish in and makes the car far easier to wash safely — from $350, entirely your call. If you'd rather skip it, we'll show you exactly how to wash the car so the result holds as long as it can.
Final inspection
Panel-by-panel check under raking light before we call it done.
