Terms of Service
Last updated October 2026
These terms apply to the services provided by DVP Paint Correction LLC and to the use of this website. By booking a service with us, you agree to them.
Our services
We provide mobile paint correction, ceramic coating, scratch and chip repair, headlight restoration and related paint care for cars, motorcycles, boats and RVs in Orlando, Florida and the surrounding areas listed on our service-area pages. We come to you; work is performed at the address you give us.
Quotes and pricing
Starting prices are published on this website. The final price depends on the size of the vehicle, the condition of the paint, the level of correction required and the coating selected, so we confirm the exact price with you before any work begins. Prices shown as “from” are starting points, not fixed quotes. Minimum charges may apply on smaller jobs, and travel outside our listed service areas may carry a trip fee, which we tell you about in advance.
A quote based on photos is an estimate. If the paint turns out to be in materially different condition than the photos showed, we will show you what we found and agree a revised price with you before continuing.
Booking, scheduling and cancellations
Appointments are scheduled by phone, text or email. If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Because we work outdoors, rain, high wind or extreme heat can make correction or coating work impossible to do safely. If that happens we will contact you and move the appointment to the next available slot at no cost to you.
Access, power and water
As a mobile service, we need reasonable access to the vehicle: room to work around it, shade or covered space where possible, and — for some services — access to a standard power outlet and a water supply. Tell us in advance if your location cannot provide these, and we will bring what we can or suggest an alternative. If we arrive and the vehicle is not accessible, we may need to reschedule.
Results and expectations
We treat every vehicle with care and we are direct about what is achievable. Paint correction removes a controlled amount of clear coat to level defects; how much can be corrected depends on the thickness and hardness of the paint, its age and any previous work done on it. Some defects — deep scratches that have gone through the clear coat, etching that has reached the base coat, rock chips, sanding marks from prior repairs — can be significantly improved but not fully removed. We discuss what to expect with you before we start, and we will not chase a defect if removing it would risk the paint.
Ceramic coatings are a protective layer, not armor. They do not make paint scratch-proof or immune to rock chips, and they require the maintenance we describe at handover to perform as intended. Any coating warranty we offer is stated separately in writing and depends on that maintenance being followed.
Your responsibilities
To let us do the job properly, please:
- tell us about repainted panels, prior body work, wraps, PPF, or any previous correction or coating on the vehicle;
- point out existing damage — failing clear coat, rust, cracked or chipped glass, loose trim, aftermarket paint work — before we begin;
- remove personal belongings from the vehicle and from the work area;
- make sure the person who meets us is authorized to approve the work and the price.
Certain conditions carry inherent risk that no amount of care removes. Failing or previously repainted clear coat can lift or fail during correction; brittle or aging trim and emblems can crack. Where we see that risk we will tell you before we start, and we will only continue with your agreement.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, card and Zelle.
Limitation of liability
We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care and we stand behind it. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service involved. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, for defects we identified and disclosed to you before starting, or for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of use of the vehicle.
If you believe something went wrong with our work, contact us within a reasonable time and give us the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and put it right.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you book is the one that applies to your service.
